- Own dance and events company "Mambos d'Afro" which owns Mambos d'Afro Festival and Mambos d'Afro Dance School in Nottingham
- Co-organisers of "Umbigada Night" monthly night.
Leny is a very passionate and dedicated perfectionist who also teaches and performs at festivals and
other events in several places across the UK as well as internationally.
