Afrojazz Club goes Alppipuisto event returns in July 2026! This year we celebrate the 10th anniversary of Afrojazz Club!

This family-friendly summer day invites you to enjoy music, rhythms, culture and togetherness in one of Helsinki’s most beautiful parks.

The event features a unique lineup of music and performances inspired by African roots and the rich cultural heritage of the African diaspora. On stage, you’ll see both beloved audience favourites and exciting new talents. The program flows through afrojazz, afropop, afrobeat and other compelling vibrant rhythms.

Throughout the day, the park will come alive with interactive workshops, music and dance, encounters and joyful activities for all ages. You can also enjoy delicious food and explore a colorful bazaar where local creators showcase their products and skills.

The event is free of charge, accessible and open to everyone.
