Start your AfroTech weekend with movement, motivation, and community at AfroFit @ AfroTech—a high-energy fitness experience powered by Afro-inspired beats and Black excellence.

From 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM, join us for a full-body HIIT workout led by powerhouse trainers from Level One Fitness and The Pivot Coach, blending cardio, resistance, and cultural rhythm for all fitness levels.

Then, from 10:00 AM to 12:30 PM, step into our Open Lift Session—an open gym format with strength stations, recovery tools, and coaches on hand to guide form, technique, and performance. Lift, vibe, connect, and explore our wellness space with other AfroTech attendees and local community members.

8:30 AM – 9:30 AM – AfroFit HIIT Class (Class cutoff time 8:45am. Arrive Early!)

10:00 AM – 12:30 PM – Open Lift Session + Wellness Vendor Village
