Afrocontigbo's 3-Month Dance Program

Afrocontigbo's mission is to promote cultural awareness, unity, and wellness through captivating dance performances, transformative workshops, and active community engagement.

Participants will learn Igbo, Ghanaian, Togolese, and Afrobeats dance styles in a 3-month West African dance program. There will be a grand finale where cultural costumes will be provided. Award certificates will be given to participants who complete the program. The program will be open to all ethnicities and ages >5 and run from March to May 2024.

The classes will be held every Tuesday and Friday from 6:30pm to 9pm starting from March 1st, 2024 at the Center for Performing Arts.

The showcase will be held on Saturday, May 11th, 2024.

A $50 deposit is required, refundable upon performance. ( let us know if this is an issue and we will figure out a way to remove it)
