AFROCARDIO DANCE FITNESS IS BACK AT FABLETICS IN THE KING OF PRUSSIA MALL!!!
AfroCardio is a specialized afrocentric dance fitness workout done to Afro Beats (Hip Hop and Dance Hall). Come learn culturally accurate Afro Beat dances incorporated with cardio training dance moves that help shred the core, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. This calorie burning workout will leave you feeling uplifted and rejuvenated. No dance or fitness experience needed for this fun energetic class. ALL levels are encouraged to participate.

***Park in the lot near Bonefish Grill. Use the mall entrance right next to Bonefish Grill. Once you enter, take the steps down to the lower level. Directions to Fabletics are available on the kiosk map.
