AfroCardio Dance Fitness at Fabletics

AfroCardio is a specialized afrocentric dance fitness workout done to Afro Beats (with some Africa Drums, Hip Hop, and Dance Hall). Come learn culturally accurate Afro Beat dances incorporated with cardio training dance moves that help shred the core, strengthen muscles, and increase flexibility. This calorie burning workout will leave you feeling uplifted and rejuvenated. No dance or fitness experience needed for this fun energetic class. ALL levels are encouraged to participate.
