This workshop is open to all levels, all backgrounds, and all bodies. Whether yuh just startin’ out or yuh ah seasoned wuk-up warrior, there’s space fi yuh!
The day includes three back-to-back sessions:
- Waistline Technique
- Soca Cardio Workout
- Soca Choreography
? Followed by a 30-minute open jam session (6:30–7:00 PM) where you can try out yuh moves and hold a small lime.
