Let's Heal Together in Nature! Afrobeats + Heal Wellness Experience is an outdoor 90-minute intergenerational wellness session for adults and families interested in self-healing, community building, and harm reduction.
Weekly Itinerary Includes

Intro to Grounding/Earthing
Gentle Full Body Stretching
Guided Meditation
Mental Health Check In
After introductions, this weekly trauma-informed session dives into tools proven scientifically to assist you in managing family drama, work/life stress, church hurt, codependency, grief, childhood trauma, anxiety, post/current traumatic stress disorder, community hurt, depression, suicidal ideations, breakups, etc.
Guests are required to bring their own mat or blanket. This experience is hosted during light rain (under the trees) or shine at the discretion of the host. Full refunds given if host has to cancel for any reason.
