About this Event
Join Dance Project for our Afro Rhythms class perfect for dancers of all levels and abilities. This class is a great opportunity to learn to really connect your movement to the music and put some fun in your fitness routine! This high energy fusion class will challenge dancers to navigate polyrhythmic movement & other rhythmic patterns with movement influences from West African and Afro-Contemporary dance styles.
Adults 18+ may drop-in to class by purchasing this ticket. Teens 13-18 must register for the 15 week semester here.
Class is taught by Milanda McGinnis.
All Dance Project classes occur on the 3rd floor of the Greensboro Cultural Center.
