Afro Motion is a high-energy dance fitness class combining Afrobeat rhythms, guided choreography, and cardio-based movement.Each class begins with a fun warm-up, builds into easy-to-follow dance sequences, and ends with uplifting stretches—leaving you energized, smiling, and connected.
This class is a drop-in event for $25 per class.
A bundle is available which is 5 classes for the cost of 4 ($100).
