Afro Grooves October Series

Ready to level up your groove?

This 3-part dance series explores Amapiano—a South African genre known for its smooth, grounded movement and rich musicality. Dancers will build foundations, expand groove and control, and learn choreography rooted in the genre’s unique rhythms and flow.

Classes are led by Thiditsana, who was born in Lesotho 🇱🇸 and raised in Phoenix, bringing personal and cultural connection to the movement.

This series is designed for all levels—whether you're new to Amapiano or looking to deepen your practice.
