About the dance:
Afro Fusion – Dans med kraft og rytme
This course is open to all levels and is perfect for beginners as well as those who want to reconnect with their body and explore Afro-inspired movement. In this class, we’ll dive into a fusion of African dance styles blended with elements from contemporary and urban dance. You'll learn foundational steps, groove, isolations and dynamic routines that will help build rhythm, coordination and expression.
The focus will be on musicality, body awareness and authentic movement, with space for your own vibe to shine through. We move, sweat and enjoy the power of dancing together.
