AFRO FLEX at Fabletics

AFRO FLEX is a rejuvenating, fun low impact fusion workout that combines flexibility exercises with low impact cardio training dance moves done to the relaxing sound of Afro Beats and African Drums. AFRO FLEX is for all levels. It is especially good for beginners and/or people with physical limitations. Come ready to dance, stretch, and improve your range of motion! Improving flexibility not only helps to ease muscle and joint pain, it also helps to prevent injury when doing our activities of daily living (ADL).
