Life can be busy, and it's easy to forget the joy of simply moving, laughing and connecting with others. Afro Energy Flow is a welcoming community experience where women and girls come together to move, connect, play and restore through uplifting music, joyful movement and shared experiences. Whether you come with a friend, your daughter, your sister, your mum—or come on your own—We will warmly welcome you into a supportive space where connection matters more than perfection.No dance experience is needed. Just bring yourself exactly as you are.
