We’re excited invite you to our Afro Dance Workshop series for new moms . We can't wait to welcome you to this unique experience designed to celebrate movement, connection, and fun.
What to Expect:
Warm-Up: We’ll start with gentle stretches to ease into the session.
Afro Dance Basics: Learn foundational moves with an Afrobeat twist—no prior dance experience needed!
Bonding Time: If you’re bringing your baby, enjoy dance routines that let you groove together. However, bringing your baby is entirely optional—the focus is on YOU, the new mom.
Community Connection: Connect with other new moms in a supportive and joyful environment.
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing for easy movement.
A baby carrier or wrap (if you choose to bring your baby).
Water to stay hydrated.
