On the hunt for unique new things to do? Learn how to dance with the help of an expert guide in this energetic and exciting four week dance course!Friendly teacher Sammy encourages grace, sensuality and sass, giving you a brilliant chance to let your hair down as you learn to dance a dynamic fusion of traditional West African, Egyptian and Modern African dance.
Don't worry if you're new to the world of African dance, as this course is suitable for all fitness levels and dance abilities. You can choose between the high or low-impact version of the steps and will get access to the complete dance choreography — meaning you'll have everything you need to enjoy four weeks of sweating, smiling and feeling good!
Each one hour class includes:
A warm-up.
A clear breakdown of movements.
Light or medium cardio.
Some choreography.
Some freestyle.
A cool-down.
This course includes 4 x one hour dance classes, 11am on 10th, 17th 24th June and 1st July
