Join Afrodesiac Collective for a vibrant, high-energy evening of rhythm, culture, and connection as we explore Afro-Brazilian percussion.

In this hands-on workshop, you’ll be introduced to the powerful rhythms rooted in Afro-Brazilian culture and history. Through guided instruction, you’ll learn basic percussion patterns, explore the meaning behind the music, and experience how rhythm can bring people together in community, celebration, and expression.

No musical experience is needed. This workshop is beginner-friendly, welcoming, and designed for anyone who wants to learn, move, listen, and connect through sound.

Your ticket includes:

• Guided Afro-Brazilian percussion instruction
• Use of percussion instruments during the workshop
• Cultural context and storytelling around the rhythms
