Hey, hey drummers and dancers – come on down and share the joy of African drumming & dance with Fred Nii Addo on Sunday 28 June 2026!
Fred Nii Addo is a master dancer, drummer and multi-instrumentalist from Ghana, West Africa. He has toured widely, sharing his passion for music and dance from Ghana to Egypt, USA, Israel and Australia.
Fred is also frontman for his well-known Victorian based Afro-fusion band, ‘One Spirit Africa’, regulars around Victoria’s gig scene.

DRUMMING WORKSHOP $40
Open level, one and a half hours of drumming
Please let us know if you need to hire a djembe - $7
1:15 – 2:15pm
DUNDUN DANCE $30
West African dance with live drumming – funky and fun, accessible all levels. Drums and sticks provided
2:30 – 3:30pm
TRADITIONAL DANCE $30
Traditional West African dance backed by live drumming
