In this fun, carefree class at Parkwood Estate in our Sunken Tennis Courts, you’ll connect with African culture and explore both traditional and modern rhythms, movements, and music from all across Africa. Feel free to stay and explore the beautiful grounds after this feelgood, 90-minute class. Beginners welcome, no previous dance experience required. For the best class experience, we encourage you to wear comfortable clothes that will let you move and groove and either sport running shoes or go barefoot - the choice is yours!
