Mosaic Steel Orchestra ignites a global summer-by-the-sea vibe with their steel pan rhythms and lively tunes, followed by this year's headlining performer, Tidewater African Cultural Alliance, bringing the spirit of Africa and the African Diaspora to life through song and traditional dance in a special appearance with the Boys Choir of Hampton Roads.
