In celebration of African American Music Month Appreciation, the Empowerment CDC/Texas African American Museum will be hosting five Musical Films at the Veretta and Jesse E. Rider Fine and Performing Arts Centre located at 309 W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Tyler, Texas on the campus of the Empowerment CDC Complex within the North Tyler Historical Cultural Arts District.
