These are Beginner/Introductory Level Classes
Main entrance to NACRC is on Pragel Street off Barking Road
Please arrive in good time for your class as you will need to ring the bell to gain access to the centre, and then come upstairs to the Nelson Mandela Room. Reception Desk staff will show you where to go
No spectators - These are participatory dance classes only, not an audience event
Please wear soft soled flat shoes eg plimsolls, dance shoes, light trainers. No bulky trainers as they impede feet movements, also no dancing in socks. Dancing in bare feet in accordance with traditional dance is fine.
No photography or video recording of workshops by participants. Nzinga Dance Company may take clips to record our educational work but these are taken from back of class and are also then blurred so as not to identify any class participants.
No food or drinks allowed in dance class room. If you need to drink water during class we ask that you do this outside the door in case of any spills
Thank You
