Real estate owners and investors have responded to the growing impacts of environmental change, societal pressure and changing regulations and are beginning to find the best way to measure and reduce ESG related risks that has become a key priority.

In addition, the COVID-19 pandemic has shaped the way real estate markets operate, disrupting the usual trends, making sustainability no more ‘okay to have’ but an urgent need for strategic transformation in the industry, shifting trends towards environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations.

These trends are expected to have a critical influence on how real estate markets will fare over the coming years, and as such, understanding their impacts in the long term will be vital in planning for the future

The conference will feature over 40 speakers representing leaders from various specialties within the real estate industry worldwide.
