AFL presents the next FREE class in their line up for the Adaptive Fitness Community...Original programming designed by Adaptive Fitness Trainer Lauryn of DPI Adaptive Fitness, our partners in Adaptive Fitness offerings to our AFL Warriors!

This unique class is for the whole family and will incorporate fitness for all ages and will be especially geared towards kids of any age. So bring your family for a fun workout with great music, great trainers, and light refreshments!
