AFL GRAND FINAL AT EDGE — FOOTY, FRIENDS & A BRAND-NEW STUDIO!
We’ve been back in Australia for a little while now… and somehow between work, building Edge Radio and general life chaos, we’ve barely had a chance to catch up with everyone! So we have decided it’s time to fix that.
With the Grand Final coming up — and the 70-inch TVs about to go up on the walls at the new Edge Radio Australia studio — we can’t think of a better excuse to get some old friends together.
So we’re opening the doors at 68 St George’s Terrace for a very casual Grand Final Watch Party at Edge!
WATCH THE GRAND FINAL
Come in, grab a spot, watch the game on the big screens and spend the day catching up with people we haven’t seen nearly enough of.
No fancy function. No dress code. Just footy, food, drinks, old friends, new friends and probably a bit of friendly yelling at a 70-inch television.
BYO DRINKS & SNACKS
Bring whatever you’d like to drink and feel free to bring a plate as well.
We’ll put out some light snacks, tea and coffee, and if everyone brings a little something, we’ll have more than enough to get us through the game.
COME AND SEE WHAT WE’VE BEEN BUILDING
This will also be a chance to have a look around the new home of Edge Radio Australia while we’re still putting it together.

Edge is still very much a studio under construction, so it is currently very much somewhere between “radio station” and “Bunnings project.”
A few people have asked how they can help us get Edge finished, so we’ll also have the option to make a donation towards the remaining building materials.
There is absolutely no obligation to donate.
If you’d like to help, you can contribute through Eventbrite or throw a few dollars in on the day. Every bit will go towards getting the studio finished.

Parking information: Paid parking available around the studio, such as Supreme Court Garden; or take the train in then a short walk to the studio.
We only have room for 20 people while the studio is being finished, so please RSVP rather than just turning up.
It’s been far too long since we’ve caught up with everyone.
