Together, we can actively contribute to a collective strategy aimed at achieving equitable housing solutions, not only in Ontario but throughout Canada .

The summit is structured around seven crucial areas, providing a comprehensive structure for addressing key issues and fostering impactful discussions.

1. Affordable Rental

2. Affordable Home Ownership

3. Co-ownership/Fractional Housing

4. Modular Builds (Single Family, Multi-Unit, ADUs)

5. Financing (Grants, Incentives, Loans)

Canada’s housing challenges have not gone unnoticed, and the government has demonstrated a commitment to addressing the affordable housing issue. The HousingTO 2020-2030 Action Plan and Ontario’s commitment to build 1.5 million housing units by 2031 by implementing the recommendations of the Housing Affordability Task Force. This framework provides an approach spanning the entire spectrum of housing concerns, from homelessness to rental, fractional ownership housing, and extending to long-term care for our cherished seniors. In addition, renowned experts and policymakers have proposed a multitude of solutions, including modular housing, streamlined development processes, and reimagining restrictive zoning. This plan has set ambitious targets for the coming decade.

Your presence at this summit is essential. Your seat at our table is not just a place; it’s a platform to explore inventive concepts and shape secure, healthy, and sustainable living environments.
