1. Eligibility and Participation

This event is open to anyone with a valid Halloween Food Frenzy ticket
Each ticket holder can collect a stamp card from one of the participating cafés. Your card will be stamped as you claim each item.
Tickets and passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Each person can claim one item per participating café (four cafés total).
Items cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer.

2. Food and Allergies
All food and drink items are prepared in environments where allergens such as nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, and soymay be present.
If you have allergies or dietary restrictions, please speak directly with each café before consuming your item.
Afflecks and the participating cafés cannot guarantee an allergen-free experience and accept no liability for any allergic reactions.
Vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free options may be available. Please ask each café on the day.

3. Availability and Substitutions
Menu items are subject to availability and may vary.
Each café reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if needed.
Afflecks reserves the right to amend or cancel the event in case of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Attendance & Timings

Event Duration: The Foodie Trail is a self-guided experience. You may visit the participating vendors in any order you choose within the event's advertised operating hours.

Late Arrival/No-Show: As tickets are non-refundable, if you do not attend or are late and miss the event's operating window, no refund or alternative compensation will be offered.

5. Behaviour and Safety
Have fun and enjoy the treats, but please be respectful to staff, other customers, and the building.
Afflecks operates a zero-tolerance policy toward antisocial behaviour.

6. Liability
Afflecks and participating cafés are not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the event, except where caused by negligence.
Please take care of your belongings while in the building.
