BG Shane Taylor serves as the Program Executive Officer for Command, Control, Communications, and Network (PEO C3N), where he leads a workforce of over 1,600 personnel delivering critical communications networks, radios, satellites, and software to ensure battlefield information dominance. He assumed command in June 2025 after serving as Chief of Staff to the Assistant Secretary of the Army for Acquisition, Logistics, and Technology (ASA(ALT)), providing executive oversight and program support. His career includes leadership roles as Assistant Deputy for Acquisition and Systems Management, Project Manager for Tactical Network, and Product Manager for Tactical Mission Command, along with multiple Pentagon and Defense Contract Management Agency assignments.
