If you have never been to Ravinia before it is picnic style on the lawn. You are welcome to bring everything with you. Food drinks (alcohol too) chairs blankets. Of course all are also available there to purchase or rent.
As before we invite you to join us by taking the Metra train direct to the park gates (or you may drive yourself see address above). A free round trip train ticket IS INCLUDED in your Ravinia ticket!
If you are going by train meet us at Mariano’s Piano Bar 1800 W Lawrence at 2:00pm. There we can select the food and drinks to bring to the concert. If you wish you can skip Mariano’s and go directly to the train. Our train leaves the Ravenswood stop across the street from Mariano’s at 2:45 and arrives at Ravinia at 3:23. There are trains returning to the city at 8 and 9pm.
There is plenty of FREE parking on Ravenswood east or west sides of the station. Don’t park at Mariano’s. You may be towed.
