Join us Monday evenings at 5:30pm for an hour of dancing, fitness, strength, and stretch!
Exercise is for everyone, and it doesn't have to suck.
Each class features cardio (high and low-impact), strength/resistance, and stretch/basic yoga cooldowns, all set to a soundtrack of punk, hip-hop, pop, hardcore, and electronica. No experience is necessary, and all skill levels are accepted and appreciated!
All classes are PWYC but a $10 donation is encouraged. Monthly passes and memberships are also available.
