Aerial Yoga Workshop Edinburgh, Sat 1st August 9.15-10.45am

Ready to try some fun, accessible aerial movement? This flowing workshop is perfect for anyone with a basic fitness level and up, or vinyasa/hatha yoga experience.

We’ll build strength and confidence through:

• Dynamic sequences that get your heart pumping
• Core and upper body work to challenge and empower you
• Beginner-friendly circus-style wraps and poses to play with
• Creative transitions to help you move smoothly

Expect to sweat, laugh, maybe shake a little, and surprise yourself with what you can do!
