Gain the restorative benefit of a suspension yoga practice. Then deeply immerse into a full-body listening experience as you melt into a blissful state of being. No prior experience necessary.If you are new to Alt Fit, please arrive 15-minutes early to fill out paperwork. We will begin at 2 p.m. so please plan enough time to arrive, use the restroom and get settled prior to our relaxation experience.
