The Journey: From the Ground Up

🌱 Week 1 — Low Swing (Grounded & Restorative)
Settle into yin and restorative shapes that help you feel safe, supported, and deeply connected to your breath.
🌿 Week 2 — Mid Swing (Strength & Trust)
Explore balance, deeper stretches, and the magic of letting the silk support you as you build confidence and control.
✨ Weeks 3 & 4 — High Swing (Inversions & Flight)
Embrace gentle inversions and elevated postures that create space in your spine and a powerful sense of lightness in both body and mind.

Your Guide
This series is led by Stephanie Adames, E-CYT500, a seasoned and intuitive teacher with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience and professional Aerial Yoga certification. Stephanie’s nurturing, safety-first approach ensures you feel supported, seen, and empowered every step of the waynon the ground and in the air.
Investment & Limited Space
$100 for the full 4-week series
We have 5 aerial hammocks available, creating a small, personalized group experience with hands-on guidance and individual attention.
✨This series is best suited for those with a yoga practice and those who are familiar with basic yoga poses
✨ Our hammocks weight limit is 250 lbs
✨ No class credits, refunds, or transfers will be issued for missed, late, or canceled reservations. All bookings are final.
