If so, you should definitely join our aerial yoga class!Unlike the regular Aerial Yoga classes, Kay’s Aerial class is a type of aerial dance that involves a combination of different movements on a fabric hammock suspended in the air！ It focuses on the transition of the movements , creating a smooth and graceful poses. It challenges your coordination, strength, and flexibility.
In our aerial yoga class, you will learn how to safely use the aerial hammock under the guidance of a professional instructor. You will practice different aerial tricks and movements, from basic to advanced, from static to dynamic, suitable for any age and level. You will also learn how to connect the movements , creating your own aerial flow routine.
Whether you want to improve your skills, unleash your potential, have fun with friends, or just enjoy the music and movement, we welcome you to join our aerial yoga class and feel the elegance and beauty of aerial yoga！
