This beginner aerial yoga course is designed to gently guide you from the ground to graceful flight, just like a caterpillar blossoming into a beautiful butterfly.

?Playful Exploration: We'll begin on the ground, learning the fundamentals of aerial yoga with a focus on safety and comfort.
?Building Strength & Confidence: As you progress, we'll gradually introduce aerial poses and techniques, helping you build strength and confidence in the hammock.
?Gently Taking Flight: Experience the joy of inversion and discover a whole new perspective on yoga.
?Setting Intentions:We'll guide you in setting intentions at the beginning of each session to focus your mental, spiritual, and physical transformation.

This course is perfect for you if:
