Aerial Yoga For Little Flyers

Welcome to Little Flyers (Aerial Yoga Play)

Come join us at Avoyoga Studio for a fun and exciting aerial yoga experience designed specifically for you and your little ones aged 3 to 5.

Strengthen the parent-child bond through playful movements and interactive games!

• Enhance motor skills, body awareness, and balance in young children.
• Enjoy plenty of swinging, climbing, and fun flips together.
• Learn and build you child’s strength through play on the aerial hammock

They'll get to swing, stretch, and fly through the air in a safe and supportive environment. Our experienced instructors will guide them through a series of poses and movements that will help improve their balance, flexibility, and coordination. It's a great way for your child to stay active and have a blast at the same time.
