Decompress your spine, build strength and flexibility, relieve stress& boost your mood. No experience needed, just a willingness to try and have fun!
This is a monthly session taught by Elisa. If you are completely new to Aerial Yoga, we recommend that you sign up for the whole month as the curriculum builds up from one class to the other.
