Join Jessica in the first of a four class series ONLY.Class #1 – Restorative Aerial Yoga will start us off with a slower paced class with low to the ground poses that encourage familiarity and trust in the aerial gear. You will be guided into gentle inversions and poses will be held for longer periods of time to encourage opening and stretching.
*This class if appropriate for all levels regardless of experience. Note: This yoga style is contraindicated for those who are pregnant, have glaucoma, prone to vertigo, and/or suffer with uncontrolled blood pressure.
