Come "hang" out and paint with Ohm instructor Ashely Baugh! Create your own beautiful aerial art as you hang upside down and fly through the sky. Class will begin with centering and gentle warm ups, stretching, and movement before your own canvas, tools, and paint are placed underneath you. After warming up the body, you can let your creative energy soar, as you sway, swing and hang in the hammock, creating your very own unique painted aerial art to take home. Please wear athletic clothing that you don't mind getting dirty. Art supplies provided. Beginner's welcome.Date: Sunday, June 9th
Time: 12-2 pm and 3-5 pm (there are two times for this workshop. Please make sure you register for a specific time instead of just purchasing a pass)!
