Aerial Yin & Sound ☾ New Moon Ceremony

Join us for a rejuvenating Aerial Yin experience, where the Yoga Hammock, suspended just 1 foot off the floor, offers a supportive stretch and a soothing cocoon for deep relaxation. This all-levels yin session invites you to explore somatic empowerment—gently stretching and releasing into the deeper, more subtle "Yin" tissues of the body while balancing the flow of Chi.

In alignment with the New Moon in Aquarius, we will embrace themes of freedom, innovation, and collective growth. Just as Aquarius encourages us to break free from limitations and explore new horizons, we’ll open our hearts and bodies to adventure, individuality, and abundance. Poses will be held for 2 to 5 minutes, allowing the body to expand, release, and connect with the progressive, visionary energy of the Aquarian New Moon.

The session will be enhanced by a sound meditation that guides you through the chakras, nurturing both physical release and mental clarity, while aligning you with the empowerment of this transformative lunar phase.
