Next, we'll take to the air with a fluid, dance-like vinyasa flow, using the silk hammock as a prop to explore inversions and deepen stretches. We'll wind down with a series of slow, long-held yin-like stretches. The class concludes with an extended Savasana, allowing for a profound state of rest and integration.
