Aerial Striptease with Nak

This workshop is for all bodies, genders, and ages above 18 years.

This a class is designed for beginning-advanced aerial students that would like to explore combining both aerial and the art of strip tease.

This class will be taught using sling and it will be very beginner friendly poses; however, for safety and time purposes, an understanding of sling basics is a prerequisite to attend. Coil Students in Sling 1, 2, 3 or Basics are welcome to sign up.

For our attire, please prepare three layers:

-The base layer is whatever you feel comfortable in: lingerie (that's what I'll be wearing?), spandex/sports attire, or you can even stay fully dressed underneath that is totally fine, just make sure it's more form-fitting and nothing with buttons or zippers.
- Next layer, you'll want a pair of something: gloves or socks
- Top layer, something oversized: A robe, cardigan, boa (if it's feathers please just make sure to clean up after yourself), even a super big t-shirt that can easily come off.

We'll learn a minute-long exploration choreography, and we'll all be moving together, but there will also be opportunities to explore your own creativity and movement. There are no wrong answers in this class, if you like the way it looks and it feels good then you're doing it right! Let's get sexy!

ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR

Hi, I'm Nak Mikael and I'm a Vegas performer! I originally started my journey in Spokane 12 years ago. I got the taste for circus and I knew I needed more so I moved to Las Vegas 5 years ago to pursue performing and have the opportunity to learn from some of the best out there. I then started working at two aerial studios, Craft Motions and Polekisses. I teach Lyra, Sling, Pole, Rollerskating, silks, and flow arts between the two of them. Outside of my teaching life I also do gigs around town performing at waterparks, bars, clubs, private parties, etc. I am very excited to be coming home to Washington and can't wait to share some of my Vegas love with everyone!
