In this one-of-a-kind class, we will let the hammocks hold us while we sway to the sounds of Angela's bowls, bells and drums. If you prefer to stay on the mat, you will still enjoy the many benefits of the Sound Bath, which offers a sanctuary for your soul using scientific frequencies. We'll provide brief instruction on how to get into and out of the hammocks, or you can utilize our props such as mats, blankets and bolsters if you prefer to stay on the ground.
