The session begins with gentle aerial stretches in a silk hammock, designed to lengthen the body, release tension, and increase mobility. Then, sink into stillness as you're guided into a fully immersive sound bath experience. Let waves of crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing frequencies wash over you, deepening your relaxation.
