This class is designed for those looking to slow down, stretch deeply, and have a meditative experience. If you have already participated in Slow Flow, Slow Deep Fusion, Yin, or Restorative yoga, adding the aerial hammock can enhance your experience.
This class will focus on using the fabric to assist in opening your body especially the shoulders, hips, and spine.
