Welcome to Aerial Silks Absolute Beginners!
Join us at Motion Virtues Aerial Arts where you'll learn the basics of aerial silks. This in-person class is perfect for those who are new to aerial arts and want to learn essential foundational skills. Our experienced instructors will guide you through the fundamentals, helping you build strength, flexibility, and confidence. No prior experience is necessary - just come with an open mind and a willingness to learn.

20 min warm up on the floor
40 min practice on Silks
10 min cool down

Beginner Climbs
Knot Skills including Inversions
Foot Locks

Strength & Conditioning
Flexibility Training
