Level: Beginner

Instructions for participants: Wear track pants or leggings (stretchable). Don't come on an empty stomach but don't be full either. Eat at least 1hr before class. Bring a bottle of water.

About Aditi Deshpande

Meet Aditi Deshpande, the founder of Fly High Aerial Art! Aditi is a trained gymnast, a professional Mallakhamb performer and a skilled Rope artist who started learning at just five years old under the guidance of her father, respected guru Shri Uday Vishwanath Deshpande. With inspiration from her artistic mother, Aditi pursued her passion for Aerial Arts and travelled to San Francisco to become a certified Aerial Silk Instructor with "AERIAL ART AMERICA" (U.S.A.).

For the past 15 years, Aditi has been teaching ‘Rope Mallakhamb’ and, for the past five years Aerial Silk at Shri Samarth Vyayam Mandir Dadar. She has trained aerial enthusiasts worldwide, including Germany U.K. U.S.A. and Mauritius.

Aditi's impressive achievements include winning 20 Gold, 15 Silver and 10 Bronze Medals in District, State and National level Championships and receiving the prestigious Shri Shiva Chhatrapati Award at just 21 years old. According to Aditi, anyone can take up Aerial Silk and succeed with dedication, hard work and endurance!
