Aerial rope is a dynamic, beautiful apparatus that combines strength and grace. In this workshop you will learn introductory rope skills like climbs, balances, and splits in a small group setting. This is an intermediate apparatus. Students are required to have taken at least 1 aerial silks class and be able to complete 2 climbs in a row. Please wear pants that cover your entire legs and bring a pair of socks.Instructor: Sydney
