This 5 week Aerial rope series (cords lisse) taught by guest instructor Tani will be a strength building, full body experience. This apparatus is for intermediate/advanced level aerial students. Whether you're building your aerial foundation or want to explore more rope artistry, this class will offer a challenging and supportive environment to push your limits and elevate your practice.
Class focus:
- Warm up and conditioning tailored for aerial rope
- Technical breakdown of climbs, wraps, inversions, and dynamic skills
- Skill progressions and sequence development
What to bring:
- Fitted clothing that covers the backs of knees and midriff (zipper-free is mandatory)
- Water bottle
- Firm grip hand spray is highly recommended but optional
Pre-requisites:
- Basic climbing and descending comfortably to and from the top
- Aerial inverts (3 consecutive inverts in the air without descending)
Most benefit gained by attending all 4 weeks, or come when you're able! Every Monday in April @7:10 pm - $25 Drop-in, 1 Trial Pass or Included for Members.
