Curious about aerial pole? Looking to build a solid foundation? In this class, we explore some essential aerial pole techniques to help you fly with stability, fluidity and control. Suitable for aerial pole beginners with intermediate-level dance pole experience (comfortable with inversions), as well as intermediate-level aerialists.
This workshop is open to all pole dancers - current students and visiting polers.
