Aerial hoop, also known as Lyra, is an aerial acrobatics apparatus. It consists of a steel hoop that is suspended from the ceiling, allowing it to spin freely. Practitioner use the hoop to perform a variety of dynamic tricks, spins, poses, and transitions while suspended in the air. Aerial hoop requires strength, flexibility, and grace, making it a captivating and visually stunning form of aerial performance, blending athleticism with artistry in the air.
